At Gorgeous Skin, Beauty & Makeup our clients are incredibly important to us and we like to make sure you all get to experience what we have to offer. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule to call and provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way we will be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
We do of course, understand that issues can come up which would result in cancelling or rescheduling and we will be as accommodating as we can. Last minute cancelations or no shows will be charged a cancellation fee each time, this all includes vouchers.
*Less than 5-hours notice will result in a charge equal to a minimum of 25% of reserved appointment(s), This charge may be waived at our discretion.
*”No Shows” will be charged 50% of service(s) amount (more than 3 no shows will result in 100% ”no show fee” and/or prepayment of any future appointment(s).
*A 25% deposit may be required for bookings of 2 hours or more, This deposit will be used towards your final payment of the treatment.
